This isn’t a late harvest Muscat Canelli that’s best served as an aperitif or dessert wine. With roughly half the residual sugar, and a subtle richness, it’s similar to a Riesling or a Gewurztraminer. Produced in an Off-Dry style, it will pair perfectly with scallops, shellfish and spicy foods such as Thai curries. The combination of flavors will make your meal pop! Aromas of gardenia and honeysuckle on the nose meandering to citrus zest, coconut and dried apricot – this Muscat is rich with a nicely balanced finish.
