About This Wine:
Our 2013 flagship Estate Cabernet Sauvignon was aged in French oak, with roughly 20% in new oak. This light oak treatment allows for a bright, clean Cab rich with smoky vanilla and dark fruits in the nose. True to its history, a beautifully intense wine that fills the mouth with a combination of blueberry, cherry and red apple giving way to spicy cloves, leather and cedar on the palate. A delightful vintage that is well-balanced and brimming with tannins, making this a wine that will age for at least a decade to come.
